A blend of Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris and Macabeu. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of peach, red apple and citrus have a light honeysuckle overlay and are followed by some slatey mineral notes. Vibrant peach and red apple fruits mix with traces of honeysuckle, wet slate and minerals. Dry crisp finish with a citrusy freshness to the medium length aftertaste.
