Distinct apricot pink tinged colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromas of lime and red apple skin are followed by quince, musk and spice. Fullish textural feel with generous flavours of red apple and quince wrapping themselves around the palate followed by pear, light honeysuckle and spice. Finishes dry with plenty of fresh acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
