2017 Lunaria Civitas Pecorino

Certified organic, this deliciously refreshing Pecorino is like biting into a perfectly ripened pear. Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lovely aromatics of freshly sliced pear, red apple and subtle honeysuckle blossom from the glass followed by lightly spiced quince notes. Excellent palate concentration with lively flavours of fleshy ripe pears dominate over red apple, faint honeysuckle and quince. Finishes dry and crisp. Good volume in the mouth with a long spicy ripe pear, red apple, light honeysuckle and quince aftertaste.
