Brilliant water like colour with a very faint greenish tinge around the edges. Pronounced passionfruit, lime and green apple aromas jump from the glass with subtle herbaceous grassy end notes. Light and vibrant the palate dishes up refreshing flavours of passionfruit and lime over some green apple, subtle herbaceous grassy characters and mineral. Crunchy acid finish with an aftertaste of passionfruit, lime, light herbaceous grassy infusions and mineral.
