2017 Lonely Vineyard Rosato
Made from Montepulciano grapes. Translucent salmon pink tinged colour with a watery hue. Nosing reveals aromas of cherries, light peaches and faint musk over elements of wet stone and mineral. Beautifully rounded mouthfeel with flavours of ripe cherries, subtle pomegranate, musk and peaches gliding across the palate over wet stone and a dash of spice. Clean dry finish with brisk acidity and a long savoury aftertaste of cherries, peaches, subtle musk and wet stones.

Other Reviews....
A new addition to the range and rightly labelled rosato given the variety is the Italian montepulciano; a delightfully refreshing drop. The palest pastel pink with hints of cranberries and watermelon, lemon-zesty acidity then a crisp, snap, crackle and popping dry finish. Drink by 2019.
