2017 Levantine Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a very dark red hue. Enchanting aromatics of red to dark currants, mulberry and tobacco flow out of the glass complexed by cedar, dried herbs and faint spicy stalk like notes. Delicious dark currant and ripe mulberry fruits supplely caress the medium weight palate underscored by cedary tobacco characters, dried herbs and spice. Beautifully integrated tannins are very polished in their feel. Excellent depth with a long savoury finish that sees a subtle stalky character emerge.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
