Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear, dried apple, lemon butter and bees wax are trailed by some spicy herb infusions. Texturally well rounded the palate has lemony pear flavours over a backdrop of subtle bees wax and spice. Clean dry finish with good fresh acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
