Impenetrable inky black at its core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Lofty aromatics of cassis and liquorice laced with spearmint flow out of the glass trailed by spicy vanillin cedar notes. The rich, opulently textured palate is well endowed with luscious blackcurrant fruits infused with mint. Vanillin cedar, dark chocolate, subtle earth and spice characters ensue. Velvety tannins with a long aftertaste that’s both powerful and sumptuous.
