Brilliant pale straw colour with a slight greenish tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Lifted aromas of limes, tropical fruits and green apples are followed by some fresh citrus. The fruit driven palate has flavours of tropical fruits, limes and crunchy green apples finishing dry with infusions of fresh lemon citrus. Crisp acidity with an aftertaste of limes, tropical fruits, green apples and zippy citrusy lemon characters.
