Brilliant very pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and Jonathan apple intermix with citrus and spice. Pear and ripe apple flavours dominate the palate with some citrus and spice also chipping in. Finishes dry with brisk acidity and an aftertaste of pear, apple, citrus and spice.
