Aged in new and older oak. Bright straw colour with flashes of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. Nectarine and lemon butter scents meld into dried honey, subtle bacon fat and spice notes. Ripe peach and nectarine fruits overlay light honeycomb, citrusy nougat characters and traces of crème brulee. Creamy mid palate feel finishing fresh with a rich citrusy honeyed aftertaste.
