Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge around the outskirts. Ripe lime and citrus flavours are overlaid by faint honeysuckle notes with subtle green apple scents following on. Light and refreshing the finely tuned palate features lime juice and citrus flavours over crunchy granny smith apples and traces of steely mineral. Dry finish with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of lime, citrus, green apples and subtle steely mineral elements.
