Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted aromas of ripe pears and red apple skin mix with honeysuckle and hints of musk followed by quince end notes. Fresh ripe pear and red apple flavours dominate the palate over subtle infusions of honeysuckle and quince. Luscious yet vibrant mouthfeel. Dry finish with lively acidity. Aftertaste of pears, fresh red apple, light honeysuckle and a dash of quince.
