Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Lifted top notes of lime, lemon and green apple meld into some talc and flinty mineral scents. The palate has a crunchy freshness to it with vivid lime juice, citrus and granny smith apple flavours overlaying a back drop of subtle talc and stony mineral infusions. Steely dry finish with crisp acidity and a long lime juice, citrus, green apple and stony mineral aftertaste.
