2017 Katnook Founder's Block Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Nosing expels lifted blackcurrant, black olive and cedary tobacco aromas which are trailed by traces of dusty earth and bay leaf. Medium bodied the palate features spicy blackcurrant flavours over a cedary tobacco, black olive and faint dried herb back drop. Slightly dryish fine grained tannins with a medium length aftertaste.
Cellar 4-5 years.
