2017 Juniper Crossing Sauvignon Blanc

Brilliant water like colour with an elevated nose of passionfruit, lime, green apple and faint herbaceous notes. Intense fruit flavours of passionfruit, lime and green apples hold sway over a back drop of herbaceous grassy characters. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of passionfruit, green apple and herbaceous grassy characters. Simple but intensely flavoured.
