2017 Joseph Cattin Sauvage Pinot Gris

Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear and baked apple aromas are overlaid by honeycomb with quince and spicy ginger end notes. Rich and luscious the palate is almost creamy like in texture featuring generous flavours of ripe pears, baked apple and honeycomb over a back drop of spice. Broad off dry finish with a medium to long ripe pear, baked apple, honeycomb and light spice aftertaste.
