2017 Irrewarra Pinot Noir

Irrewarra is a new project from Nick Farr of By Farr fame. Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light red hue. Captivating aromas of red cherries and winter strawberries laced with violet and clove notes are trailed by forest floor, meaty game like scents and spicy dried herbs. Light in body with a supple mid palate feel, flavours of red and sour cherries are interwoven with winter strawberries, clove, forest floor, game and spicy cedar elements. Finishes with fresh acidity, polished tannins, good power and a long aftertaste.
