2017 Ian Leamon Chardonnay

Bright pale straw colour with a luminous greenish tinge to the edges and a watery hue. Intense ripe peach and honeycomb aromas fill the nostrils with a touch of butterscotch, nougat, light cashew and spice ensuing. Rich and textured the palate has mouthfilling flavours of ripe peaches, honeycomb and light butterscotch over citrusy nougat and spicy cashew elements. Creamy finish with fresh acidity the balancing act. Excellent depth with a long rich, textured aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
