Aged for 10 months in French oak. Semi translucent bright dark red colour with a light red hue. Fragrant dark cherry, strawberry and anise aromas overlay toasty cedar, forest floor and spicy dried herb notes. Light in body the palate is moderately powered with a flavour profile of dark cherries, strawberries, forest floor, toasty cedar and spicy dried herbs. Bright finish with fine grained tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
