Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of lime juice and lemon marry into subtle orange rind and steely mineral notes. Tight and steely with a dry austere finish, the palate has flavours of lime juice and lemon framed by elements of wet steel with some flinty minerality also evident. Racy acidity with a medium to long aftertaste.
