2017 Howard Park Miamup Cabernet Sauvignon

Matured for 18 months in French oak barriques. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Elevated aromas of blackcurrant, black olive and mulberry are followed by cigar box, dried herb and spice notes. Medium to full bodied there’s plenty of richness to the ripe blackcurrant fruit with a touch of liquorice also chiming in. Elements of black olive, cigar box and spicy dried herbs then ensue. Fine grained, well integrated tannins provide excellent structure. Finishes with a medium to long aftertaste.
