2017 Hirsch Hill Estate Cabernet Sauvignon

Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Nosing offers up aromas of ripe blackcurrant and cigar box followed by some mulberry, black olive and spicy herb notes. Medium to full bodied the palate is decorated with ripe blackcurrant fruit which is underpinned by elements of black olive, cigar box and spicy dried herbs. Slightly grainy tannins have a sturdy feel and provide the framework. Medium length conclusion.
