Matured in French oak barriques. Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose evokes aromas of nectarine tinged with suggestions of gun flint. Underlying citrus, white peach, light nougat and spice ensue. Elegant with a lightly creamed textural feel the palate features nectarine and fleshy white peach flavours infused with gun smoke. Finishes dry and fresh with traces of citrusy nougat and some flintiness also apparent. Medium to long aftertaste of white peach, nectarine, gun flint infusions and spicy citrus.
