Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Scented pear and lemon aromas are overlaid by dried honey with quince, light almond notes and spice ensuing. Mouthfilling flavours of ripe pears, citrus and quince meld into some dried honey and almond like characters on the back palate. There’s a dash of spice on the dry finish. Nicely textured with good balanced acidity. Aftertaste of ripe pears, quince, lightly honeyed almonds and spice.
