Preservative free and certified organic. Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a purple red hue. Freshly crushed cherry aromas combine with plum and hints of liquorice over some vanillin confectionary and subtle spice. Light to medium weight, juicy dark cherry and plum flavours dominate over inky liquorice, subtle earth and spice. Bright fresh finish with finely grained tannins. Aftertaste of freshly crushed cherries, plums, inky liquorice and spicy earth.
