Semi translucent bright red core with a light brick red hue. The nose reveals a combination of sour, red and spiced morello cherry aromas with earth and dried herb notes also present. Light to medium bodied, crunchy acidity underpins red to morello cherry fruits with infusions of dried herbs, earth and spice following on. Sprightly finish with slightly grainy tannins and a vibrant medium length aftertaste.
