Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear and Jonathan apple aromas laced with dried honey are followed by hints of citrus and spice. Fresh pear and apple flavours dominate the lively palate with citrus and light dried honey also chiming in. Nicely textured mouthfeel finishing dry with vibrant acidity. Aftertaste of pears, apples, light dried honey and citrus.
