Certified organic. Dark red core with black shaded edges and a light brick red hue. Alluring red to dark cherry and winter strawberry aromas are married to dried herb, earth, sappy cedar and spice notes. Light in body and supplely textured the refined palate is decorated with red to dark cherry and strawberry fruits which overlay game meats, dried herbs, forest floor and spicy cedar. Elegant yet nicely powered it has polished tannins finishing long and savoury. A beautifully refined Pinot in its peak drinking window.
