Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Aromas of black cherry and liquorice have a leathery overlay with earth and spice notes also evident. Medium bodied, black cherry fruits are quickly consumed by tertiary characters of leather, earth and spice as it dries out towards the finish. Fine grained tannins with a lingering earthy barnyard like aftertaste.
