Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced black cherry and liquorice aromas infused with blackpepper intermingle with some meaty leather notes, vanillin cedar and hints of graphite. Medium to full bodied the palate has a meaty feel to it with black cherry and liquorice fruits intermixing with smoked meats, vanillin cedar, scorched earth and blackpepper. Dryish finish with muscular tannins, good freshness and a savoury aftertaste that has ample length to it.
