2017 Fraser Gallop Parterre Chardonnay

Fermented and matured in barrel for 10 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with a distinctive greenish tinge to the outskirts and a watery hue. Refined yet intense aromatics of white peach and nectarine meld into notions of dried honey, biscuity oak, light nougat and gun flint. Elegant and fresh in its feel, nectarine, citrus and subtle grapefruit flavours are married to traces of biscuity oak and infusions of gun flint. Finishes with vibrant acidity and an aftertaste of nectarine, grapefruit, citrusy nougat, light biscuity oak and gun flint.
