2017 Forty Two Degrees South Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright purple red hue. Violet scents intermix with freshly crushed dark cherry, plum and strawberry aromatics followed by some spicy anise and toasty cedar. Light and fresh the palate sports savoury ripe cherry and plum flavours subtlety infused with fresh herbs over light anise and spicy cedar. Bright finish with refined tannins and an aftertaste of spicy ripe cherries, plum, earthy cedar and faint fresh herb infusions.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
