Brilliant water like colour with a faint tinge of green around the outskirts. Herbaceous gooseberry aromas combine with hints of passionfruit, grassy asparagus characters, citrus and traces of capsicum. Light with a dry crisp finish the palate features racy flavours of herbaceous gooseberries, light passionfruit and citrus overlaid by subtle grassy characters and a hint of capsicum. Concludes with a herbaceous gooseberry, light passionfruit, grassy citrus and subtle capsicum aftertaste.
