Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a reddish hue. Ripe red cherry and raspberry scents mix with liquorice, light scorched earth and spicy dried herb notes. On the light to medium weight palate juicy red fruits along with elements of liquorice, scorched earth, dried herbs and spice are backed by vibrant acidity which gives the finish a crunchy feel. Slight dryish tannins have a faint chalky feel. Bright savoury aftertaste.
