2017 Five Geese Cabernet Sauvignon

Dense black as night core with a dark brick red tinged hue. Aromas of blackcurrant infused with black olive are followed by some cigar box, earth and distinct dried herb notes. Rich and plush the full bodied palate is laden with opulent blackcurrant fruit which overlays subtle cigar box, earth, dried herb and spicy black olive characters. Polished yet sturdily built tannin structure finishing with a hint of bitterness on the medium to long aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
