Brilliant water like colour with a faint greenish tinge to the outskirts. Pronounced lemon, lime and green apple aromas overlay some chalky notes, hints of orange and subtle steely mineral characters. Mouthfilling flavours of lime juice, lemon and green apple are backed by steely acidity with some light chalky talc, faint infusions of orange and mineral also evident. Finishes very dry with crunchy fresh acidity. Excellent structure bodes well for the long term. Lengthy conclusion of lime juice, lemon, spicy green apple, some chalkiness and steely mineral.
