2017 Farr Rising Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with a glimmer of green to the edges and a watery hue. Elevated white peach and nectarine aromatics pair with a hint of grapefruit followed by citrusy nougat, faint lemon butter and spice notes. Rich and creamy in texture the palate dishes up mouthfilling flavours of white peaches, ripe nectarines and dried honey over a background of cashew, citrusy nougat characters and spice. Finishes with good freshness, length and refinement. Long aftertaste of fleshy white peaches, nectarines, dried honey, cashew and spicy nougat.
