Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Drifting from the glass are ripe pear, spiced apple and honeysuckle aromas followed by hints of quince and light stony notes. Quite full and rounded in its mouthfeel the palate dishes up flavours of ripe pear and apple which meld into subtle honeysuckle and musk elements. Finishes dry with a lick of spice and nicely balanced acidity. Aftertaste of pear, ripe apple, quince, light honeysuckle and a touch of spice.
