Totally opaque black dark red colour with a dark red hue. Dried herbs and earth are quite prominent on the nose with toasty notes, subtle black cherry and spice also evident. The palate has a juicy feel to it but again it’s the toasty earth and dried herb flavours that are dominate. Dryish finish with slightly chalky tannins. Lacks flavour balance with a short bitter dried herb, toasty earth and spice aftertaste.
