Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts. Pungent lemon and lime aromatics burst from the glass followed by green apple, talc and mineral notes. Intense yet tightly coiled flavours of lemon and lime dominate the palate sitting over infusions of talc and subtle orange rind with a crisp mineral infused finish. Light zippy mouthfeel with a long aftertaste of lemon and lime, some subtle orange, talc and steely mineral.
