Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the outskirts. Aromas of passionfruit, granny smith apples and limes overlay faint grassy notes and citrusy mineral elements. Showing good intensity the palate reveals flavours of passionfruit and lime over subtle citrus and flinty mineral characters with a faint hint of grassiness also apparent on the dry crisp finish.
