Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a faint glimmer of green to the outskirts and a watery hue. Aromas of ripe pear and red apple are overlaid with dried honey, quince and spice notes. Quite lean and fresh in the mouth yet possessing a faint honeyed creaminess on the back palate, flavours of pear and dried apple are trailed by some quince and spice. Concludes very dry with lively acidity and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.

Pretty perfume shows light floral notes, whiffs of pear and small red berries, touch of honey. Palate is soft and sumptuous but held fresh (when cold) with bright acidity under the oily flow of pear, ginger and cinnamon spice and sundry light honeyed notes. Opulent sort of wine but with vitality on its side. Drink 2019-2021.
