A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan. Totally opaque black dark red core with a bright dark red hue. Nosing sees aromas of fresh blackberry and liquorice team up with hints of blueberries, incense, subtle scorched earth, fragrant herbs and spice. Medium weight, juicy and vibrant, the palate is blessed with succulent dark raspberry, blackberry and liquorice fruit which is underpinned by scorched earth, infusions of incense and herbs, finishing with some spicy pepper characters. Slightly chewy tannins, bright youthful acidity and a medium to long aftertaste.
