Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of poached pears, hints of dried apricot and honeysuckle intermix with bees wax and lemon butter. Full in body with a rich creamy mouthfeel the palate boasts ripe peach and honeycomb flavours which are underscored by some crème brulee, lemon butter and toasty almond elements. Well balanced acidity with a medium to long ripe textured aftertaste.
