2017 Domaine des Hates Petit Chablis

Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Exhibiting aromas of pear and limes laced with fresh herb influences, the nose finishes off with flinty wet stone notes. On the palate flavours of fresh pears and lime intermesh with citrusy fresh herb infusions leaving behind a back drop of stony mineral. Finishes dry with crisp acidity and an aftertaste of pears, limes, green apple, fresh herbs and stony mineral characters.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
