Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Alluring black raspberry, black cherry and liquorice scents laced with provincial herbs and incense show excellent up lift with some spice and pepper notes also present. Medium weight with good freshness and a sense of elegance the palate dishes up juicy dark to black raspberry and liquorice flavours over a back drop of earthy incense, infusions of herbs and pepper. Vibrant acidity and slightly chewy tannins lead into a satisfying finish.
