Brilliant pale straw colour with a light tinge of green to the edges and a watery hue. The nose dispels aromas of lime and apple followed by dried herb infusions, a light smokiness and spice. Texturally rounded with a fresh finish the palate has flavours of lime and red apples underpinned by a subtle smokiness and infusions of fresh herbs. Finishes dry with lively acidity and a medium long aftertaste.

Other Reviews....
Smells like tonic water, green herbs, a lift of white vinegar, some peppery notes. Quite the approach! The palate has more of the tang of vinegar but meshed into citrus flavours and light green apple. Finishes tart and green, with a lick of nuttiness. Very zingy, bright, tight sort of profile. Quite compelling in its way.
