Brilliant pale straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted ripe pear and red apple aromas overlaid by honeyed characters are trailed by a touch of quince and spice. Delicious ripe pear and red apple flavours fill the mouth intermixing with honeysuckle, traces of musk and light spicy quince. Full and round, it’s almost luscious in its mouthfeel finishing with good freshness from the perfectly balanced acidity. Medium to long aftertaste of ripe pears, red apples, honeysuckle, light musk and quince.
