A great value entry level Cotes du Rhone.

Produced from a blend of Syrah and Grenache. Opaque bright dark red black core with a vibrant purple red hue. Jumping out of the glass are incense laced aromas of raspberries, dark cherries and liquorice with light scorched earth and spicy fresh garden notes following on. Medium weight the palate has a youthful vibrancy to its rich flavours of ripe cherries, raspberries, liquorice, incense infusions, faint earth and spicy pepper. Finely grained tannins meld perfectly with the bright juicy fruit. Finishes with good freshness and a long spicy ripe cherry, dark raspberry, liquorice, earth, incense and pepper aftertaste.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
